Dinner in the Desert
Jump on board pardner for a trip down the trail on an old fashioned haywagon into the beautiful Arizona desert. Sing along with our cowboy balladeer who will serenade you with all your favorite Western ballads as you meander through the majestic saguaro cactus. We’ll come back to the Ranch for a dutch oven cowboy cookout over the open fire under a sky full of stars. Take a look at the universe through our high powered telescope and after dinner, enjoy the traditional dance of the Native American Indian hoop dancers – this is one Arizona experience you won’t want to miss!

Arizona Adventures
The best of the West is yours to enjoy at Ft. McDowell Adventures! We’ll travel down the trail to an authentic working ranch, nestled in the heart of the Sonoran desert, on the Ft. McDowell Indian reservation, surrounded by spectacular views of the Four Peaks Wilderness area. Join us at La Puesta del Sol, an open air adobe cantina, perfect for larger groups, overlooking the lights of the city below. Or, saddle up to the bar at The Ranch, reserved exclusively for smaller parties. Enjoy a cowboy cookout (chicken and ribs) over the open fire, with all the trimmings. Two step to a country western band or try your hand at “steer” ropin’, this is an evening under the stars that your guests won’t soon forget!

Corona Ranch
The pageantry and heritage of Old Mexico can be found at the Corona Ranch and Rodeo Grounds, an actual working ranch that has been renovated to accommodate private groups looking for an authentic Arizona experience. Join us at the rodeo arena where we’ll start the evening’s entertainment with a Grand Entry parade by the Mexican “charridas”, followed by an exhibition of exciting horsemanship including riding, roping, accuracy, courage and style. These entertaining events include precision high speed horse maneuvers, wild bull riding, roping a racing horse, the women’s formation drill team and the Pass of Death. The highlight of the rodeo is the “bloodless” bullfight, performed by a nationally ranked professional matador team from Guadalajara, wearing the traditional costumes of Old Mexico. Then let the music of the Mariachis begin as you are seated for an evening of wonderful food, music and the flavors of Mexico.

Arabian Horse Ranch
The beauty, majestic wonder and mystery of the Arabian horse has drawn admiration for centuries. This admiration continues today with a world class horse presentation at a $7 million equestrian horse ranch, featuring grass pastures, hand carved and hand painted cedar doors from Morocco, bronze statues and a 106 stall stone equestrian center with domes and arches modeled after 2,500 year old Lebanese architecture. The ranch showcases some of the finest championship Arabian stallions in the Southwest. Listen in on the history of the Arabian horse, learn about the makings of a successful breeding and show facility and take a tour of the farm, which includes a look at several world class Arabians being pampered and exercised (a workout of a horse in a swimming pool is an amazing sight!)
