	Tee Pee Team Building Let’s get back to basics, Southwest style! Each team will be given a pole, canvas, 4 stakes, a cutting tool, stapler and staples, rope, a mallet and paint. Using a pattern, team members cut canvas and create a sheepherder’s tee pee, utilizing tools and teamwork to build an actual free standing structure. Use your creativity to tell a story of the painted figures or symbols each team must design on their finished project. Tee pees are judged on creativity, construction and presentation. A fun Arizona afternoon activity to promote camaraderie and competition!

	Team Orienteering Group communication dynamics are amplified in this fun quest to stay on course! Team members are quickly trained in the basics of map reading, compass use, route finding, Sonoran desert flora and landmarks, and desert safety. Armed with these skills they must work as a team using clues to navigate through the desert from station to station. At each point, they must solve a riddle to earn points before they can charge forward to the next station. The ancient art of orienteering combined with this adventurous outdoor course encourages team members to utilize their new skills to finish the course before the other contestants!

	Speedway Races Gentlemen, start your engines! Fuel your passion for excitement with indoor cart racing and super charge your next event with full throttle fun! Get ready to feel the ultimate adrenaline rush of real, wheel-to-wheel racing action as you test your limits in a professionally prepared and maintained European style race kart. Drivers race at speeds up to 40 mph on one of two challenging quarter mile tracks, and experience the white knuckle excitement of racing competition in a safe, controlled environment. Rev up the competition with a Pit Crew Challenge, Segway obstacle course or the Radio Remote Control event. There’s also the custom designed rock wall, 75-game arcade or a billiards table. Whether you’re a novice or a pro, you’ll enjoy this adrenaline filled, high octane entertainment!

	River Rally Team building takes to the river on our fun water rafts as we float down the Verde or Salt river! We’ve got a variety of team building events designed to identify leadership, break down corporate barriers and encourage cooperation during these fun filled water activities. On the river, in the water, and upon the beach we’ll man our boats, raise our paddles and join together in executing these wild and wacky river games!!

	Build Your Own Golf Course Your guests will be divided into crews consisting of architects and assemblers. Each team will be responsible for brainstorming and creating a miniature golf hole from the unique and original themed materials provided, which include everything your team needs from the tee box to the green. Once completed, each hole will be judged based on creativity and presentation, followed by one of the most unique golf tournaments ever played. Your team will have the opportunity to play each of the other teams’ golf holes, with the lowest score combined being our overall winning team!

	Chili Cookoff Challenge the rest to see whose chili is the best! This fun filled team even is a great icebreaker. Teams are supplied with key ingredients and work together in hopes of impressing the taste buds of our favorite judges. Our panel of judges will enjoy sampling and presenting awards in various categories to accomplished cooks. Your guests will have the opportunity to create team aprons and a “chili chant” for this unique and tasty activity. Also available as a “Salsa Challenge” or “Cocktail Challenge”!

	Raft Regatta We’ve designed an event to encourage successful teamwork and individual contribution towards a common goal. Your group will be divided into crews consisting of designers, builders, and those who choose to make a splash. Each crew is faced with the challenge of being stranded on a deserted island – the only way off is to build a boat out of the supplies provided. Together the crew must design a blueprint of the sailing vessel and work together to construct a seaworthy ship that will set sail to seek dry land. Will she float? We’ll find out as each team presents their vessel to the judges during this entertaining and exciting event!

	Build A Bike Corporate social responsibility is the buzz-word of the day and more and more corporations are reaching out to make a difference in the local areas they visit. This event is a great way to foster communication and promote synergy within your group. Guests will work as teams and are assigned the task of building a bike (to be donated to the Boys and Girls Club). Along the way, they’ll be faced with several challenges, including missing tools, changing tires and several competitive events. The first team to present a completed and properly constructed bike is the winner – but the biggest winners are the kids who receive the generosity of your time and efforts!
